Commercial Mortgages

Fixed Rate - We offer fixed rate mortgage with a ten-year term.* Payment options are negotiable with loan officer.
Adjustable Rate - Adjustable rate (or variable rate)** mortgages are available for up to 20-year terms. Loan Rates
Biweekly Payments - You may talk with your loan officer about making the equivalent of half a payment every two weeks. This not only accelerates the amortization of your loan, but also saves you money on interest paid, since principal is decreased at a faster rate.
Direct Debit - Customers may negotiate to have their payments deducted from their checking or statement savings account.

* The number of payments determines the term.
** For variable rate accounts, the interest rate may change after the account is opened.
