Traditional Mortgages

- Adjustable Rate - Adjustable rate (or variable rate)** mortgages are available for consideration, and also offer the choice of terms, rates and payment Options
- Biweekly Payments - One of the most popular options is to make the equivalent of half a payment every two weeks. This not only accelerates the amortization of your loan, but also saves you money on interest paid, since principal is decreased at a faster rate.
- Direct Debit - Many customers opt to have their payments, no matter how frequently, deducted from their checking or statement savings account. There is no charge for this option.
