Investment Management – The bank provides personalized Portfolio Management, based on specific client objectives.

Custody – The bank accepts and safeguards a client’s securities and collects and remits income as directed.  Included is comprehensive record-keeping and safekeeping.

Trustee Service – The bank serves as Trustee or Co-Trustee for assets placed in trust under will or by a trust agreement (i.e. a Family Trust or Living Trust)

Executor Service - Comprehensive estate settlement service. When family members are not appropriate to serve as executor, or there are no family members or close friends to assume the position, think of NBDC. It provides an impartial agent to complete all facets of collection; settlement of debts; and distribution to heirs for the same fee as would be paid to a private executor.

Concourse Service - Collection of income and bill paying.  Monthly gross receipt of income

Customer Securities – For those customers who wish to purchase or sell securities, the trust department will place orders; hold in safekeeping, if wished; and remit for payment upon maturity.

Financial Planning  - Our Trust Officer will sit down with you to plot an investment plan for a future, according to your personal objectives.

Wealth Starter Program - This is available to customers who want to lay the foundation for future wealth, starting with monthly deposits of $50-$100.

Wealth Management - A full-spectrum planning and management account that provides investments, safe-keeping, bill-pay, money market funds and custom services.
